You all had plenty to say yesterday when we told you about comments Robert Pattinson made regarding the rating for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. R-Patz was speaking to Entertainment Weekly when he said that it’d be real hard to release the two-part film with a PG-13 rating without cutting a ton out. Yes, we know the final book in the Twilight series is a bit dark and graphic, but would Summit Entertainment actually allow an R-rating for their finale?
The answer to that is no, obviously. Not long after we wrote about it, Summit spoke to Thompson on Hollywood and said that the films will be PG-13 and not R, no matter what. So while they may be filming some of the book’s more controversial scenes, chances are they already have a plan for how they’re going to show them…
